We are pleased to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of processed fruit such as canned Mango pulp.
We take great care while selecting, processing and packaging our food products to ensure that only the very best reaches consumers across the world.
Plant
The machineries we are using in the manufacturing process are pulper, spiral flow, cold pulp tank, retorts, seamer, reformer, de-aerator, and standardisation tank, fruit washer, boiler, etc. The building and the machinery meet the standards of haacp & ISO. A generator is also installed to minimize the "down time" of the machines due to power shut down and power cuts. Mainly mango pulp will be extracted using the machinery. The pulper is kept in hygienic position to avoid any contamination emanating from both outside and inside factors such as water and air. The pulper is mounted to an appropriate height. The seeds and peels are taken from the pulper by a conveyor belt directly to the tractor kept separately. The cutting area and the cleaning yard are kept neatly. The machineries are chosen and selected in such a way that they are capable of running without break in the seasonal period.
